Copyright and trademark notices

We build original games with our own names and artwork, and we take intellectual-property concerns seriously. If you believe content on zyarcade infringes your copyright or trademark, email computezy.justice953@passmail.net with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

• Your name, organisation (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed.
• The exact zyarcade page address(es) and a description of the material in question.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or change the material and let you know what we did.
